For coaching you'll need a laptop and underwater speakers. For mentoring you'll just need a laptop or phone, pen and paper.
Things to know
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free and easy. If you and the coach are unable to agree on new time the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation
Free cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of your session. You can check out the full policy here.
Wet Weather
If the coach determines is too dangerous to train, they will propose an indoor venue, reschedule or refund the session.
